How do I place an order?
Placing an order is very easy. First of all, log in to the private and professional area of the platform by entering your login and password. Then click on the desired item, choose its size, its color, if several are proposed and click on "add to cart". A confirmation window will appear. You can then continue your selection or click on "Confirm my order". As the products are made available on loan for the media, you will not have to make any payment.
What to do if the desired item(s) are not available?
We will let you know when the room(s) in question is/are expected to be back on the online showroom and you then have the opportunity to reserve the room(s) for a scheduled date. However, if you need the item immediately, please contact the Yöli Team to help you choose an item with a similar style.
Yöli Naé offers the collections of its customers by season, from May to November for the next Autumn-Winter collections and from November to May for the next Spring/Summer collections. So you will not find articles from previous seasons.
How do I know if an item is available?
An item is available if you can add it to your cart. If the desired size is unavailable, we invite you to consult the answer to the previous question (see above) and to proceed in the same way.
Can I change my order once it has been placed?
It is preferable to check your basket before validating an order, for logistical reasons.
However, if within two hours of your order you have a Yöli coup de coeur or on the contrary, you want to remove an item from your shopping selection, you can contact the Yöli Team who will do their best to modify your selection when designing your package.
Nevertheless, Yöli Naé commits itself to deliver you as soon as possible, if the order has already left, we will unfortunately be unable to make any changes. You will then have to place a new additional order or return the unwanted article.
How do I know if my order has been registered?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email 🙂.
How is the delivery going?
The Yöli Team takes care of preparing your order with its own hands and with the utmost care. The delivery will then be carried out by our delivery partners.
How do I return an order once the shooting is over?
For a question of organization, stock management, and that the provision of our products for the stylists is the best possible, we will ask you, at the time of order taking, to indicate us a precise date of return shopping.
In case it will be difficult for you to foresee an exact return date, please indicate an approximate date on the website and inform us via the contact form so that we can indicate it on the website in an exceptional way.
