The general conditions of use on are detailed below.

These conditions apply to all orders placed with the company Yöli Naé for all articles and services offered on the site. YOLINAE.COMunless otherwise agreed in writing in advance. The present general conditions of use are systematically proposed to you at the time of placing an order.

Consequently, the fact of placing an order, implies your full adherence to the general conditions of use, without reserve.

Order taking:

  1. Your basket is your order form
  2. If you choose to place an order, you will be asked to enter the necessary information for the delivery of the items. The information you provide is binding. In the event of an error in the wording of the delivery details, the site and the company YÖLI NAE cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the article(s).

Order confirmation:

At each stage of the processing of your order (validation, possible change in availability, dispatch) an email is automatically sent to you provided that the email address indicated in the registration form contains no errors.

YOLINAE.COM and the company YÖLI NAE reserve the possibility of not confirming an order for any reason whatsoever (problem concerning the order received or problem with the supply of articles). The company has 5 working days to inform you that it cannot satisfy the order and to ask you to modify, reschedule or cancel it.

Delivery areas and delivery times: Delivery methods to be confirmed when the activity is started.

We deliver your items wherever you want. If you want to be delivered to your home, to the shooting location, to your company's headquarters or to the editorial office or other media for whom you work, to a friend, a neighbour ... you just have to specify it when you order by choosing the delivery option according to your country.

The modes of transport offered depend on the country of delivery.
The delivery is made by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient, with each delivery, the signature of an acknowledgement of receipt by the identified recipient.
Exception: the Colissimo carrier, only in France, can deposit the parcel in your mailbox, if it is in conformity.

It is advisable, in any case, to make sure of the contents and the good condition of the package before signing the delivery note. In case of dispute concerning the transport (breakage, damage, damaged packaging ...), you are advised to report it by you on the delivery note otherwise within 24 hours with the carrier. This written statement of the carrier allows not to be held responsible for compensation.

For deliveries against signature, if you or the recipient of the package are absent at the time of delivery, if your package cannot be deposited in your mailbox, a calling card will be left indicating where and when to collect the package. This will be kept pending at a collection point. In the event that the parcel is not collected within the time limit set by the carrier, the products will be returned to YÖLI NAE.  and the shipping costs remaining at the Customer's expense.

In case of delay in delivery, you must first contact the carrier or its distribution office in the case of La Poste, to see if the package is not pending. If this is the case, you must contact the YOLINAE.COM Customer Service by e-mail in order to open a litigation or investigation file to search for the package.

For any significant delay, we undertake to compensate you by offering you the delivery charges on your next order. However, delivery time overruns may not give rise to damages, nor to withholding or cancellation of orders in progress, in the event of total or partial strikes, internal or external to the company, blockage of means of transport or supply, governmental or legal restrictions, etc.... The YOLINAE.COM site will also not be held responsible if laws, regulations or any other event resulting in the withholding of your items at the borders.

In no case, once the delivery has been made, the package cannot be handed back to the carrier. If you notice a non-conformity in the contents of your package, you must contact YOLINAE.COM Customer Service immediately. Any package handed over to the carrier after delivery cannot be the subject of a claim. In order for a claim concerning your delivery to be taken into account, you must contact YOLINAE.COM Customer Service within 30 calendar days following the dispatch of your order. After this period, we will not be able to respond favorably to your request.


The reservation allows you to put an option on unavailable rooms in order to schedule your reservation as soon as you return shopping for the rooms. The return date indicated may only be an estimate informed by the person holding the product(s). Nevertheless Yöli Naé asks that the return dates are respected to offer you the best possible stock management.

You will not have to make any payment, since the collections are available on loan to the media.


The company Yöli Naé is neither the producer of the products presented on this website nor the manufacturer of the products presented on this website. www.yoilinae.comIn the sense of the law n°98-389 of 19 May 1998 and relating to liability for defective products, nor a reseller. The collections are made available by Yöli Naé on loan for a defined period of time and must be returned to Yöli Naé in their original condition.

Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or a good by a defect in the product, only the responsibility of the producer of the latter may be sought by the the user on the basis of the information on the label of the product(s). Furthermore, the company reminds that the products, services and information offered by YOLINAE.COM are no substitute for the constant vigilance of adults.


Complaints or disputes will always be received with attentive benevolence. Failing this, and subject to the client's status as a "merchant", any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these general terms and conditions shall be the exclusive competence of the Paris Commercial Court (to be checked if valid for YN).
